TRAPPED IN HIS LOVE by Apostle Sunday Popoola

Friends, I just want you to know how much GOD loves you (TRAPPED IN HIS LOVE)

Ephesians 3:18-19
        "May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God."(KJV)

The love of Christ is so deep, you cannot go under it; it is so high, you cannot jump over it; it is so wide that you can't run through the length of it; it is so long that even in your life time, you cannot go beyond it. You are captured and trapped in His love.

Most of the things we see as our problems and we pray about are not really our problems, our problem is lack of comprehension, revelation, understanding and conviction of the love of God. When  you know the love of God, you become everything God designed you to be.
The only way the enemy can cut you short, and prevail against your life is to lock the revelation of how much God loves you.

When you know the love of God, you come to the end of your fears.

Just because you have made mistakes in life, the devil has convinced you that God doesn't love you anymore and you believe. The moment the devil convinces you of that, you have just given him an open door into your life but God's promise is that  "My love is everlasting". Even when you mess up so badly and He allows you go though discipline, it is in love.

Say to yourself "I KNOW GOD LOVES ME. FROM THIS DAY, I MAKE A RESOLUTION: I WOULD FEAR NOTHING"

Chapter 1 (Continuation)

THE BLOOD

God is called "zoe" which mean life. What flows inside God like blood [i.e. the substance like our own blood, that makes God is life]. If you drain blood out of man, that man dies. When blood is drained from flesh, it dies. If blood is the life of the flesh, you can begin to see why blood is so important to God.

Some of God's life is encapsulated in the blood of man. Genesis 2:7 reveals that God formed man's body from the dust of the ground, breathed life it and man became a living person. This means that God's breath of life became blood, which is the life of the flesh to make the man a living soul.

The bible says that the world is sustained by the word of His power and God said that word is life [Heb 1:3].

Since God consists of life and does and sustains things by life, and blood is also life, blood becomes of utmost value in the sight of God. Perhaps that was why God placed a curse upon anything that dares to touch a man's life by shedding his blood.

Genesis 9:5-6

"And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of every man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man

Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made He man."

Now, listen to something you might never have heard before. "God sees, hears and smells blood." Blood is life. If blood were only an ordinary thing, it wouldn't have a voice [Genesis 4:10]

Genesis 4:10

"And He said, what hast thou done? The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground."

God says He will require the blood of every sinner we come in contact with, whom we have the privilege of witnessing to, but don't.

You know some of us feel so comfortable talking with friends and relations about everything under the sun but the Gospel. May we not be guilty of anyone's blood.

(Chapter 1)

THE BLOOD

God's redemption plan for man is a tremendously rich package. In examining the salvation package, i have come to conclude that God was certainly extravagant in its provision. The totality of the package is what i call a "spoiler." There is no single blessing of life that is not included in that plan.

Many people see the salvation arrangement as forgiveness of sins only, but the Bible tells us that it is forgiveness of sins, plus an inheritance.

Acts 26:18 "To open their eyes and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of sin unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and Inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in Me"
(Check Ephesians 1:3 too)

All blessings are included in the redemption package. All blessings exist first in the spiritual and through faith translated into the physical.
As the redemption package is rich, so is it also expensive. The redemption plan is the most expensive operation ever undertaken in time and will remain so through eternity. The price was BLOOD.

Ephesian 1:7 "In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace"
(Check 1 Peter 1:18,19)

The Bible makes it clear that Blood is actually life(Genesis 9:4). Which means the life of the flesh is Blood (Leviticus 17:11 "For life of the flesh is in the blood....")

All redemptive processes from Adam till date has involved blood. Blood is a very important, sacred and most valuable thing both to GOD and among men.
Redemption has always been a bloody affair. The good news of salvation is a BLOODY, BLOODY GOSPEL!!
